LVE Orion II RBA

Description

The LVE Orion II RBA is a specially designed rebuildable pod for the Orion II for those of you that enjoy making their own coils and the endless search for that perfect vape.

The package includes two RBA Tanks / Pods, three airflow pins of 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0mm diameters, two interchangeable drip tips for MTL and DL vaping, the RBA itself, and a pack of spares containing all all the spare parts you might need like orings, spare post screws etc.

The chamber size has been designed to be small enough to deliver maximum flavour from your favourite eliquids, but big enough to accommodate the dual post design that’s so easy to work with. Aim for a coil inner diameter up to about 3mm depending on the coil style you’re using.

Please note the tanks supplied are specially made for the LVE Orion II RBA. This means that you won’t be able to use regular Orion II Mesh coils with these tanks, if you would like to buy regular replacement tanks that support original Orion II Mesh Coils please buy them at this link.

As with the original mesh coil tanks the RBA tank is top fill using the threaded fill port, and the tank is crystal clear instead of a dark frosted effect. You’ll be pleased to know that you can still continue to use your favourite drip tips as the RBA tank is fully 510 drip tip compatible.

LVE Orion II RBA Build Instructions

• Unscrew the base and screw in your preferred air pin, ensuring it threads all the way in. Then screw the base back on.
• Attach the coil legs to the posts.
• Loosen the post screws to provide space for the coil legs.
• Ensure that the coil is straight and both ends are aligned with the liquid intake holes on either side of the base. This will make the wicking much easier.
• Use your preferred amount of cotton, trim then place cotton edges just touching the back of the liquid intake holes. Prime the cotton with a few drops of eliquid.
• Pushing the edges of the cotton into the liquid intake holes will cause dry hits. And don’t place the cotton too far away from the liquid intake holes or the rba will flood.
• Use a pointed tool to neatly line up the edges of the cotton and make sure the liquid intake holes are not blocked by any cotton.
• Push the Chimney section gently onto the deck ensuring there is no cotton trapped between the two sections. Then insert the whole RBA into the tank and attach to the device. Add eliquid, adjust the AFC ring to regulate air flow and you’re ready to vape!
