2. Ordering All orders are considered an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods under these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Cancellation and Returns Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 14 working days. Returns are accepted within 14 working days, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be refunded the product price only (excluding original postage), minus any applicable restocking fees. We are not liable for return parcels lost in transit.
9. Restocking Fee LVE Vapor UK reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 11% of the product value and 100% of the original shipping cost under the following conditions: - The parcel is returned after the customer fails to collect it from a depot after attempted delivery - The customer refuses to pay import charges and the parcel is returned - An incorrect delivery address is entered and the parcel is returned to us

Warranty - All devices include a 90-day warranty. - Coils, pods, tanks, and other consumables are covered under a DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy — you must report any issue within 14 days of receiving the product. - Products must be returned unused and with seals intact to be eligible for a refund. - Replacement parts are warranted from the date of the original order.
11. Limitation of Liability LVE Vapor UK is not liable for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or expense resulting from the use or misuse of products sold.
